A registered nurse comes directly to your home, fully equipped for your visit — no scrambling, no delays. You'll know your nurse's name and background before they arrive, so there are no surprises. Not in Montreal? We also offer virtual visits, so you can access trusted nursing care from anywhere.

FOURTH STEP

Your nurse provides hands-on clinical care throughout the visit — monitoring vitals, managing wound care, supporting mobility, and keeping you comfortable. We also take the time to answer your questions, explain your recovery, and guide you on what to watch for at home. We notice what others miss, because we're trained to.

You receive your post-visit report.
After every visit, you receive a written clinical summary — observations, vitals, care delivered, and any follow-up recommendations. A copy can be shared directly with your surgeon, specialist, or family doctor. Your recovery, documented.

We believe in full transparency. Here are the most common things clients want to know before their first visit.

How quickly can care start after my surgery?
In most cases, we can begin care within 24–48 hours of your request. We recommend booking as soon as your surgery date is confirmed so we can prepare your care plan in advance.

Will I always have the same nurse?
We do our best to assign you a consistent nurse for your entire recovery. Continuity of care is a priority.

Do you work with my surgeon or specialist?
We align our care plan with your surgeon's post-op instructions and can send post-visit reports directly to your medical team upon request.

Is care available outside of Montréal?
We serve Montréal and surrounding regions. Contact us with your location and we'll let you know right away if we can reach you. If you prefer to connect from home, we offer virtual visits for patients anywhere. During a virtual visit, your nurse will review your health and/or recovery, answer your questions, and provide personalized recommendations. A clinical summary can also be sent directly to your physician or following specialist.
